No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services (e.g., our SMS platform provider HighLevel/LeadConnector and Twilio) is permitted only as necessary to deliver these messages. U.S. residents only. You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the wireless device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Other ways to opt in

In addition to this dedicated opt-in form, you may also consent to receive SMS messages from Innovate Real Estate by:

  • Submitting the Tax Savings Blueprint form on our homepage with the SMS consent checkbox checked
  • Submitting the Tax Savings Proposal form on our /submitform page with the SMS consent checkbox checked
  • Verbally consenting and providing your phone number to a representative during an in-person meeting at an industry event we attend or sponsor

In every case, your phone number will only be enrolled if you take an explicit affirmative opt-in action (such as checking a box). We will never enroll a phone number without that consent.
